I began my career over a decade ago in the insurance industry, where I worked as both a licensed adjuster and agent. Day after day, I saw firsthand how risk could devastate individuals and businesses that weren’t prepared. That experience shaped my conviction: the way a company manages risk determines its ability to survive and grow.

When I transitioned into business consulting, I discovered another gap that most business owners and even executives overlooked the power of business credit as a strategic tool. Too often, businesses relied solely on personal guarantees or short-term fixes instead of building credit as an asset. I began coaching business leaders on how to structure their companies, leverage credit responsibly, and position themselves for sustainable growth.

Over the years, I’ve combined my expertise in insurance, taxation, business credit, and corporate risk into a unique approach that helps leaders see the bigger picture: growth and resilience go hand in hand.

That philosophy led me to create proprietary frameworks like the Strategic Risk & Growth Blueprint (SRGB), the Risk Tolerance Assessment Framework (RTAF), and the ARISE Framework to help organizations not only identify risks but transform them into opportunities for growth.
